The Event requires significant use of public roads including full and partial closures. These closures include:
- Full closure of Thames Street, Ohakune from number 10 Thames Street to the intersection with Mangawhero Terrace between 3:00PM and 7:00PM
- Closure of the Ohakune Mountain Road (uphill traffic) between 4:20PM and 7:00PM
- Closure of the Ohakune Mountain Road (downhill traffic) between 5:00PM and 7:00PM
